The joys of multiples

The first night of the move to toddler beds resulted in a good 30-45 minuets of crying at their bedroom door. A few hours later before we went to bed, we went to tuck them in and they had all gotten back into their beds (Yes, the same ones they started in!!!) and were sleeping soundly.
The second night I came in to find Tristan in bed with Cassie all snuggled up next to her arm. I thought it was too cute to not take a picture, but I didn't want to wake them. So when I found them still in the same bed (but in a different position) the following morning, I took a picture.

Then last night I went to check on them before bed and Tristan wasn't in his bed, he was in Rylands. They were still in bed together this morning so I went and grabbed the camera and took this picture.

They do squabble a lot over things like toys and sharing, as do any siblings. But being witness to the bond they share is one of the amazing gifts and joys of being a mother of multiples.

Soooo cute!

I've heard rumors (from Abby) that Tom crawls into Abby's bed on occasion. I've never caught them together because they wake up before I find them in the morning, but yes, it is all to adorable!

That is so sweet!!! I am so glad that you had an easy transition for cribs to BIG KID beds! I bet they feel more "free". Ha Ha LOL.
